This video comes from my favorite NYC dance cardio trainer, Katia Pryce of KP Dance Body. This is a great 11 minute workout that will leave you really feeling it in your abs and glutes! All you need is a chair.

Train Like Blake is one of my favorite workouts when I’m in a time crunch. He really works every part of your body in 10 minutes. While it is a weight lifting video, he has you do the reps at a higher speed in order to get the cardio in. The heavier weights will help you tone quickly. Don is trainer to Blake Lively (and her husband Ryan Reynolds), hence the title to Train like Blake.

Astrid McGuire’s Total Body Bootcamp is an amazing full body bootcamp workout with cardio and weights. It’s not crazy or insanely hard, but it is hard enough that it will have you work up a sweat and see results.
