I used to get migraines years ago, and I am so happy to say I no longer get them. I turned to essential oils for migraines as I heard it can really help. One night I consulted an article from Life Sanity on my Pinterest, raided my essential oils cabinet, and was able to come up with this amazing concoction that completely relieved my migraine (which I’d been battling for about 6 hours).
My Essential Oils For Migraines Recipe
5 drops Peppermint Oil
5 Drops Eucalyptus Oil
5 Drops Jasmine Oil
2 Tablespoons Your Choice Carrier Oil (I used almond aura glow as it was all I had on stock…use any oil you have if you’re in a pinch…jojoba, almond, avocado, grapeseed, sesame seed, coconut, even olive oil is fine)
1. Mix your ingredients in a bowl.
2. Rub some of the mixture on your temples.
3. Massage the rest of the mixture into your neck, shoulders, and other tension points.
4. Relax! I like to relax in a bath after doing this.
