3. Coffee At Bergdorf Goodman

Besides the rooftop at the Met, Bergdorf Goodman offers one of the best views of Central Park in the city. After a long day of walking Central Park, this is a great place to unwind. The coffee is really good too!

The Metropolitan Opera is a world class opera, that goes without saying. While tourists often try to get tickets to Broadway, you can score $25 opera rush tickets (normally $139) through The Metropolitan Opera’s online system. Everyday after 5, go to the website to enroll your name into the rush lottery system for the next day performance. Weekend tickets are enrolled into one lottery on Thursdays between 5pm until Friday at 10 am.

Please note, as of September 2014 The Met Opera is NO LONGER selling rush tickets at the door. All rush tickets are only through the online system.
