Hair Trends 2014 are going easy on fashionistas, I mean really really easy. For the past 10 years hair trends have reflected our slimmed down economy and America’s need for living a more simple less flashy (meaning cheaper) lifestyle. Just look at the Ombre hair trend which saved blondes from spending over $200 ever 8 weeks on highlights.
Well the hair trends for 2014 are even easier and right on par with simplicity and saving money. Harpers Bazaar put out a great informative slideshow. I’m going to highlight my top picks from their suggestions below plus the hair products to use to get the look. What you’re going to notice is that these hair styles lean both towards Normcore AND the chic-athletic wear movement going on right now. The hair styles are simple, easy, and anything you can wear after a workout.
Hair Trends 2014
According to Harpers Bazaar the following hair trends are what’s hot for 2014:
My FAVORITE of all hair trends just for the sheer statement it makes about Americans and what’s important to us. The chic athletic wear movement and this hair trend only prove that Americans DO care about fitness and health (despite our stereotypical bad health rep around the world).
That’s right “gym sleek” is your sweat and go look for 2014. In fact I”m rocking it right now after an amazing mildly sweaty pilates class.
