This healthy green smoothie recipe is a combination of two recipes from two of my favorite people: my gourmet chef best friend and my raw foodist father. I’ve been perfecting it over the past year or so and am most happy to share it with you.
The Ultimate Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe
This recipe is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, fiber, and is gluten free. The fiber (chia seeds + oats!) really leaves you full all day. The Coconut water leaves you really hydrated. Matcha gives it an extra punch. Seriously, just wait and see your focus after drinking this.
2 tablespoons Oats
1 tablespoon Bee Pollen
2 teaspoons Matcha
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds of Flaxseeds
1/3 cup Protein Powder
1 cup Lacinato Kale (leaves trimmed)
1/3 Frozen Acai Berry Bar (Unsweetened)
1 Frozen Banana
8 oz Coconut Water
